RESULTS and ADMINISTRATION: Add an option to prevent users with the title "Intern", "Resident", or "Student" from approving notes that were created from results.

Affected Users:

• Users with the titles "Intern", "Resident", or "Student"

• Admins responsible for ensuring proper supervision of clinical notes

Task Affected:

• Supervision and validation of notes created by users with the above titles

Impact:

• Currently, there is no way to enforce that all notes created by interns, residents, or students, especially those auto-generated from results, go through a supervisor for approval. As a result, admins cannot guarantee that supervisors are aware of every note submitted by these users, regardless of how the note was created.

Current State:

• Supervisors must manually follow up with each intern/resident/student daily to determine which notes were created, which were approved by the users themselves, and which were not submitted for approval at all. This is inefficient and prone to oversight.
