• Admins who need to extract statistics or manage permissions for users with titles such as "Intern" or "Student"

Task Affected:

• Accurately identifying and extracting statistics for different categories of interns, such as:

  • Nurse Intern (Clinician)

  • Nurse Intern (Technician)

  • Nurse Practitioner Intern

  • As well as distinguishing them from Medical Interns / Residents

Impact:

• Currently, the lack of detailed and structured title options makes it difficult and time-consuming for admins to generate accurate statistics or reports. There is no filtering or categorization system that separates different types of interns and students in REPORTING.

• No dedicated filters or standardized title structure

• Manual data extraction is required

• Inconsistent naming conventions may lead to errors or omissions
