Task Affected:

• Generating a list of patients who are not connected to an active Portal account, excluding those who have refused to participate or are linked to another patient’s account.

Impact:

• Additional time is required to manually filter out patients who have refused or are linked to another account from the imported list.

Current State:

• There is no built-in method to exclude patients who have refused or are linked to someone else's account from the list of those without an active account.
