Patient portal - add more details about the information in Recent activities

• When sending documents to patients, the MOAs would like to have access to a more detailed history of what has been shared — including the document name and the date it was sent. Currently, they need to manually search the patient's file to verify what was shared. Having a centralized history of shared documents would help streamline their workflow and save valuable time.
