Communications - Enable the use of bold text in messages, tasks and recalls

Affected user(s):

• Anyone who uses MYLE communications

Task affected:

• Highlighting important information in a communication

Impact:

• It would prevent users from missing crucial information in a communication, especially if the body of a task/message is voluminous.

Current state:

• It is currently not possible to put text in bold in communications. We recommend the use of capital letters, but it's not perfect.
