Task Affected:
Attaching long videos to patient files

Impact:
Users are currently unable to attach large video files (15MB or more) directly to patient records. As a result, they must store these videos outside of MYLE, which may hinder access, continuity of care, or data security.

Current State:
There is no ability to save video files related to a patient’s health directly in MYLE if they exceed the current file size limit. This limitation may prevent users from preserving important clinical footage within the platform.
