Impact:
The client would like all the different types of received communications to be centralized in the same screen.
He gave the example of his previous EMR Telus, where all communications were in the same page. It worked like the Gmail inbox (All). All messages from MOA or hospital or lab results in the same place.
If he would like to see only the labs, he has the choice to click to filter out by results, by tasks and so on.
He prefers to gather everything in one screen instead of many tabs, like the current situation.
He stated that spreading the messages to more than one place increases the risk of missing something.
Talking about liability and risks, he considers it not safe with the current configuration where he has to open different tabs to check if there are new communications.
He would like to centralize all the communications in one place, in the same screen, received faxes, labs, tasks, etc.
Current state: The user has to navigate between many tabs to see all the new communications.
