Add MS Word shortcuts to MYLE

Affected user(s):

• Users who enter text in MYLE (mostly clinical notes)

Task affected:

• Entering special characters such as 10 ⁴ (the shortcuts we find online either don't work or they only work in Word)

Impact:

• It would save time

Current state:

• Users must copy/paste or use clickable texts
