Communications - Colour based status for messages

Affected users: Implementing this would improve the communications tab for all users.

Task affected: This improvement targets communications management and organization.

Impact: The client would like to get different colours for the messages, instead of bold or normal style. In his previous EMR, he had grey background colour for already read messages. And pink or Red background for new messages. He explained that he may be waiting for a new message to action an already received message. Coloured messages help to manage the messages and make the messages handy to the doctor.

Current state: The user finds it difficult to navigate between the messages and to action based on previous messages.
