Dynamic forms - Prevent users from modifying past information contained in the form when using the continue/duplicate option (keywords: lock, prevent)

Affected user(s):

• Clinicians who use forms in MYLE, especially those who collaborate on long-term follow-ups and need to collaborate in the same forms

Task affected:

• Updating an already created form in MYLE

Impact:

• It would prevent users from being able to modify or remove information that was already written by someone else in the form

Current state:

• Users can remove or modify information from a past form when they create a copy. We can still trace past versions of the form in past notes, but if we only look at the most recent version, someone could make it look like someone else wrote something they didn't really write.
