Task Affected:
Limiting the number of appointments per day based on the services and scheduling rules defined in the provider’s calendar. Currently, users, primarily secretaries, often disregard the limits set by health professionals and schedule more appointments than requested.

Impact:

• Health professionals are dissatisfied due to overbooking.

• Administrators must intervene, reprimand secretaries, and closely monitor appointment scheduling to prevent misuse.

Current State:
There is no way to enforce a daily appointment limit when appointments are created directly from the CALENDAR tab.
