Automatic change to completed status when the note linked to the appointment is approved

• Mainly doctors, nurses

Task affected:

• When checking the calendar, it is easier to determine which appointments the notes were written and approved for.

• For now, the doctors need to change the status of the appointment to completed manually but it would save time if it was done automatically as soon as the note is approved and the patient file closed.
