The current workflow involves multiple steps to complete a payment, increasing the administrative burden.
Current State:
Users must create the bill in MYLE, then manually enter the amount into their payment terminal (e.g., Square, Apple Pay, Clover, etc.). Once the transaction is processed, they must return to the patient's file in MYLE to confirm the payment and close the bill.
Proposed Feature:
Integrate with external payment systems to allow users to connect their payment platform directly to MYLE. This would enable them to link a patient’s debit or credit card to their file and process payments (e.g., for private bills, missed appointments, or late cancellations) directly from within the platform.
