Print Indicator in Patient File

Description: Add a print indicator in the patient file, similar to the existing fax indicator, to show when a document was printed, by whom, and at what time.

Affected user(s): Clinical staff (mainly doctors, nurses, and admin staff) who print documents to give to patients.
Task affected: Document management within the patient file, where documents are printed and handed over manually.
Impact: This task happens frequently throughout the day. Adding a print indicator saves time spent checking or confirming whether something was printed, reduces miscommunication, and ensures accountability.
Current state: Users currently have no visual confirmation or trace of printed documents in the patient file.
