Description: Allow forms to be visible in the document section of the patient file, enabling annotations and task creation directly from forms, just like standard documents, as well as the ability to see which forms were synced to the portal without having to click on each note in the patient file.

Current state: Forms can only be accessed in the patient file or from the printer icon
