Dynamic Forms: Just like the documents attached to patient files, users would like the option to annotate their dynamic forms.

Affected User(s):
All users who can create notes and have access to dynamic forms.

Task Affected:
Annotating dynamic forms in MYLE.

Impact:
Increased time and effort required to annotate a form after it has been filled and saved.

Current State:
To annotate a dynamic form, users must:

1. Open the form

2. Fill it out

3. Save it

4. Either print and annotate it by hand before scanning and attaching it to the file.
   or

5. Download it as a PDF, annotate it using Adobe (or a similar program), and attach it to the file.
