Portfolio - View all faxes for a patient by NAM

Currently, it is only possible to search for all faxes for a patient using the patient's name, but some clinics have many patients with the same first and last names, making it difficult to find all faxes for a single patient. It would be easier if we could search for all faxes using the NAM in the search bar.
