Patient portal - Prevent patients with an expired health card to book an appointment online

Impact:

• It would help keep files up to date by forcing patients to call the clinic to update their health card expiry date. It would also prevent uninsured patients from booking appointments.

Current state:

• Patients with an expired health card number can book appointments from the patient portal.
