PORTAL: Provide an option to unlock a Portal account directly from the patient's file, eliminating the need to send a password reset email.

Task Affected:
Unlocking a Portal account after it has been locked.

Impact:
The current process for unlocking Portal accounts is cumbersome, requiring multiple steps that can delay patient access.

Current State:
Currently, users must send an activation email to allow patients to regain access to their Portal account.

  • Some patients do not receive the email.

  • Others mistake it for a scam and ignore it.
    If this occurs, the clinic must make additional efforts to contact the patient.
