I need to insert tables in my notes (and also into Clickable texts) for clarity and ease of use.
Basic functionality, inserting a table, add column, add row, remove selected columns/rows.
A clinical example for this is that when comes the time to reassess, I don't want to go back and forth between notes of different days, or copy/paste and insert lines specifying the date each time, fighting the formatting issues from a text-only system. And it's not visually clear.
With tables, I would simply copy the old ones into a new column, and fill it. So the comparison between old initial assessment and new re-assessment, for example, would be clear and easy.
