Have a better view/organized Fax section under Portfolio especially since new feature**

Have a better view/organized Fax section under Portfolio especially since the new update where resending a fax will create a new line in the fax list. They envision this to be very cluttery is they start having many duplicates fax resent etc and would really appreciate if there is a better implementation on this for ex. group the same fax together, have more filter options etc...
