Description:
Add an "Approve" button directly within the RX Renewal tab to allow users to quickly sign off on non-actionable documents. This will improve efficiency by reducing the need to navigate to the patient chart or to the Documents tab for approvals of documents labelled as Meidcation and Prescription.

Clinicians who use RX Renewal tab.
Task affected:
The problem occurs during the workflow of reviewing and processing documents in the RX Renewal tab of MYLE. Users often encounter documents that don't require clinical intervention but still need to be acknowledged or signed off.
Impact:
The issue arises frequently, as many documents appear in the RX Renewal tab because they are indexed as Medication And Prescription but are not action items but still require sign-off.
Adding an "Approve" button would save several clicks per document.
Current state:
Currently, users must enter the patient chart to sign off on these documents or go to the documents section in MYLE, make sure that category Medication and Prescription is selected in the filters and approve the document from there.
