COMMUNICATIONS: Add the ability to sort tasks by their status, with completed tasks appearing at the end of the list.

Affected Users:
All users who use the COMMUNICATIONS tab.

Task Affected:
Ordering tasks by their status to quickly prioritize those with the status Not Started for example.

Impact:
Users must perform multiple clicks and spend extra time adjusting parameters to view tasks with a specific status. This adds unnecessary friction to their workflow, especially when trying to focus on high-priority items.

Current State:
There is currently no way to order tasks by their status. Completed tasks are not automatically moved to the end of the list. To focus on specific statuses, users must manually adjust the filters by unselecting certain options, then reselect them afterward.
