REPORTING: Add an option in the patient list to display not only the primary email and phone number, but all email addresses and phone numbers available in the patient’s file.

Affected user(s):
Users who need to view or extract all email addresses and/or phone numbers from the REPORTING tab.

Task affected:
Providing easy access to complete contact information in Contacts.

Impact:
Users may miss important contact details in lists, potentially impacting communication or workflow.

Current state:
There is currently no option to include all email addresses and phone numbers from the patient’s file in the REPORTING tab.
