Portal - to replace “New to the patient portal?” with “New patient”

Task affected: Self-creation of a portal account.

Impact: On the portal login page, visible to patients, the client would like to replace the phrase: “New to the patient portal?” with “New patient.” In French (remplacer « Nouveau sur le portail des patients ? » par « Nouveau patient ») as per the wording presented in the pdf document “USER GUIDE : PATIENT PORTAL” available for download on the same page.

Current state: Patients need to click on “New to the patient portal?”.
