Problems and Diagnoses - by default uncheck Approximatively for the date

• Mainly doctors or nurses adding information in the medical summary

Task affected:

• Adding an information in Problems and Diagnoses in the medical summary, by default the box Approx. is checked. Dr Kruijen from pmplg by default, to uncheck the 'Approx.' box when the entered date is exact (complete)and automatically check it only when the date is unspecified or includes only the year or month.

Impact:

• It generates more click for the doctor
