Calendar visual indicator for when doctor is in office/virtual online(in MYLE session)

basically would like to have an indicator that shows whos online and in office or virtual (just like messenger with ability to change user Status accordingly)

additional suggestions related; perform check if doctor is in office/virtual and open dialogue box to confirm if trying to book in office app on virtual only day)
