Inbound fax - Better tracking of user's actions - more details wanted

Client would like to see better tracking of user's actions, specifically in inbound fax/documents, for example, currently, there is no way to find out who put an inbound fax in the trash or even who indexed à fax and to which patient (very limited info currently in the Received Faxes section details)
