Administration - create a service - drop-down menu with all clinicians

When we create a service in the “Employees” section, we only have a few names, but if the professionals are not present, we have to enter the names of each professional one by one to see and select them. This is difficult in a large MYLE environment with many professionals. Having a drop-down menu with all the names would be helpful. Requested by gmfujr
