Communications - TASKS - Indicate more clearly when a task has been started by a colleague

This was requested by Cliniques Lacroix

They want to have the ability to block a task (or indicate in a clearer way) when a user changes the status to In progress. Sometimes two nurses can put In progress on the same task and it does not refresh instantly in MYLE, and they call the patient at the same time. It is also a hassle for them to refresh the task inbox constantly.

In Medesync, there is a button Débuter la tâche, and when somebody clicks on it, it indicates instantly to everyone that the task has been started (there is a little clock next to the task). See pictures attached below
