DSQ: Ability for users to import all medications into a patient file, even the ones that are not active.

Mrs Paule Sirois would like to be able to import all patient medication from the DSQ. She explains that in psychiatry, physicians routinely ask to see the full history of medications taken by a patient during the course of his life.
