Task Affected:
Viewing a patient’s additional contacts directly in the header — these are typically the individuals (e.g., guardian, helper, etc.) the user needs to reach.
Impact:
Users spend additional time locating this information within the file, if they remember to check the Contacts section.
Current State:
To confirm whether a patient has other contacts, users must click on the patient file header or access the Patient Profile option, then navigate to the Contacts section.
