MYLE Patient Portal - Ability to see when (date/time) a patient has seen a message/document that was sent to them

• Users who share messages and documents to the MYLE Patient Portal.

Task affected:

• Keeping track of when patients take notice of their communications

Impact:

• Would help legally. One of our clients has a patient dispute an invoice and she wanted to know when the patient became aware of it.

Current state:

• Users can only see IF, but not WHEN an element was opened by the patient.
