MYLE Kiosk - Add patients to waiting room as soon as their health card is scanned

Impact:

• Patients would avoid staying in the waiting room for hours because the staff doesn't know they're in the waiting room

Current state:

• Patients sometimes hear the "beep" when they scan their health card so they think everything is done and they don't go through the whole registration process. Thus, they are not put in the waiting room in MYLE. The staff thinks they're a no-show or late.
