Task affected: Each time the users log into their account, they must check their consultation site to ensure that the forms display the correct address and that the results are sent to the right place. However, some users forget to change their active consultation site in their settings. The client would like the consultation site to be selected automatically based on the site associated with the appointment.
Impact: The consultation site is necessary for the forms to display the correct address and for the results to be sent to the right place.
