*urgent* Replies from CRDS and/or Status change of CRDS request should all have intuitive Notifications

Client mentions to us that it is dangerous to not have any notifications for CRDS.

Currently, replies from CRDS do not show any notifications/popup as well as updated status of a CRDS form.

This is critical, and the current option to go in Portfolio and look for potential replies is not realistic.

There need to be a proper, thorough notification system and options for CRDS as a whole.
