Force lowercase for username creation

When creating usernames, clients can sometimes include uppercase letters, which:

• Creates issues with accessing RxVigilance (pop-up window with message 'not authorized')

• Issues with Sisense

Suggestion :

• When creating usernames, force all letters into lowercase letters

• Bonus : if special characters are entered, convert them into their corresponding letters. Ex. é becomes e, ç becomes c, etc.

This ensures a more streamlined experience at go-live and reduces time spent by Onboarding team and Support team to troubleshoot and correct the issue.
