Task affected:
Users rely on the Notes feature in documents to inform others that they are currently working on a file. When an automatic note is created due to fax-related issues, it can create confusion, leading users to believe that someone else is already handling the document.
Impact:
If users do not verify the note and assume the document is already being worked on, it may result in delays or missed processing of documents, causing workflow inefficiencies within teams.
Current state:
Users cannot delete these automatically created notes, nor can the function that generates them in XX be disabled.
