Client would like to have a way to create forms that are flexible and malleable depending on patients (drag-drop results into the doc, merge different documents/graph in a specific manner to create something presentable as a report for the patients).

They currently use Google Doc to put together the ^^^above example^^^, essentially, a comprehensive and customized booklet health report for the patients depending on their info, results, etc, which is not currently possible in MYLE to that level of flexibility.
Hence they would like to incorporate something of the sort in MYLE.
