Add a Dedicated Field for Navig Questionnaire in Appointment Details

Create a separate, structured field within the appointment details to store the Navig questionnaire, preventing clutter and improving clarity in the Notes section.

Affected user(s)

The users primarily affected are clinic staff, nurses, and administrative personnel who routinely manage and review appointment details in MYLE.
This issue impacts most users who handle patient scheduling and pre-visit questionnaires, as the Navig questionnaire is frequently used.

Task affected

The problem occurs in the Calendar tab, within the Appointment Details panel.
Users currently enter Navig questionnaire content in the general Notes section, during the workflow of preparing or reviewing a patient appointment.

Impact

The Navig questionnaire is added for many appointments, creating daily clutter and reducing clarity.
A dedicated field would save time otherwise spent searching through mixed notes, and would improve the accuracy and efficiency of reviewing appointment-related information such as notifications, appointment updates, and internal comments.
Overall, this change would significantly enhance data organization and user workflow.

Current state

Users must manually type or paste the Navig questionnaire into the Notes section of an appointment.
This section also includes patient notifications, appointment status updates, and various internal notes, leading to disorganized and hard-to-scan information.
There is currently no structured place to store the Navig questionnaire separately.
