Forms - Possibility to request recovery of the content of lost forms, not just the text of the progress note

Affected users: Users creating medical notes.
Task affected: The client would like to be able to request the recovery of lost form content, not just the text of the progress note.
Impact: Users like Psychoeducator and Social workers use forms to note their encounters instead of the progress note.
Current state: Users can't retrieve the content of the forms if lost.
