Patient Notes: Between the MEDICAL SUMMARY and the PROGRESS NOTE section, add a section in the medical notes where users can view the patient file’s Portal Communications and include a link to open those communications in the History section of the file.

Task affected:
Easy access to Portal communications from medical notes

Impact:
Additional time and extra clicks are required to view Portal communications and take action, especially when users are already working on a note.

Current state:
There is currently no way to view or access Portal communications directly from medical notes. Users must navigate to the History section to see them.
