RX Renewal: Users would like to have the ability to add a comment to a request for an Rx renewal, without treating the request. The comment would be visible directly in the Rx Renewal tab.

Dr François Mercier would like to have this feature when he needs to complete an action or verification, before proceeding with the renewal. This would permit him to add a comment/reminder, without changing the status of the request, that would be visible directly in the Rx Renewal tab.
