Results - Ability to create custom groups of clinicians in the Documents and Results

Task affected: According to the client, every evening, the doctor on call is responsible for sorting through all of the CLSC's results to identify any urgent or critical anomalies. To do this, they must search and select, in the “Documents” and “Results” tabs, all of the GMF practitioners whose results need to be checked: 13 doctors and multiple other GMF practitioners (pharmacists, IPS, nurses, physiotherapists, and so on), which amounts to more than 50 boxes in total to check between the “Documents” and “Results” tabs. This operation must be repeated every shift and represents a significant waste of time for clinicians.
Impact: The client would like to be able to create custom groups of practitioners within the same clinic in these two tabs “Documents” and “Results”. Clinicians could then check a single box corresponding to the group, rather than selecting each clinician individually. This mechanism would significantly reduce the time required for each shift and would also help prevent selection errors and clinician omissions, which is currently a clear risk given the number of individual boxes that must be selected.
