Administration: User with access to the administration tab, would like to be able to deactivate the possibility for user to uncheck the share results option in the configuration tab.

This creates a risk of error when patients contact secretaries to inquire whether their results have been entered, particularly if the clinician who ordered the tests does not share the results.
