REPORTING: Create a filter to identify patient files with a profile picture and those without one (default white figure on a blue background).

Users who have access to the REPORTING tab and can create and modify their own dashboards.

Task affected:
Identifying patient files that have a profile picture and those that do not.

Impact:
Inability to search for or filter patient files based on the presence or absence of a profile picture.

Current state:
This feature would be particularly useful for clinics that upload a specific image to indicate that a patient may present a violence risk. Having an up-to-date list of patients with profile pictures would support care planning and safety measures.
Currently, there is no way to extract or maintain such a list.
