Display an Alert When Creating an Appointment in the Past

Description :
MYLE should display an alert or popup warning the user when they attempt to create an appointment dated in the past, similar to the existing alert for overlapping appointments.

Affected user(s):
All MYLE users who schedule appointments, primarily administrative staff.

Task affected:
Creating or editing appointments in MYLE.

Impact:
Not having a warning can lead to scheduling errors, confusion, and additional time spent correcting incorrectly dated appointments.

Current state:
Users can currently create appointments in the past without receiving any alert or warning.
