PORTAL: Add an option in Portal accounts for patients to use when they cannot find availability for the type of appointment they need or at times that work for them. This option would create a dynamic list within the clinic’s environment, which the clinic could use to open additional days or adjust schedules based on demand and time of year.

Affected user(s):
Admins or users responsible for scheduling.

Task affected:
Identify when to open additional days or adjust schedules based on patient demand and seasonal trends.

Impact:
Unless patients call to report a lack of availability in Portal, the clinic is unaware that patients are experiencing difficulties booking appointments for the required appointment type or at suitable times.

Current state:
Patients must call the clinic to report availability issues. This results in delayed responses from the clinic team and makes it difficult to anticipate seasonal increases or decreases in appointment demand.
