Portal: Ability for users to configure a patient's portal account for them to see only the availabilities offered by their doctor.

Dr Vincent Suen would like his patients to see only his availabilities, when booking an appointment from the portal. He does not want them to have access to other doctors availabilities when their services are offered to an open or a Myle environment clientele.
