MYLE: Provide clinics with downtime forms for situations in which they do not have access to their MYLE environment

Access to a complete set of downtime forms that replicate the different sections of a medical note.

No official downtime forms are currently provided.

Current state:
Typically, clinics already have or create their own forms for situations in which healthcare professionals cannot access their Windows or MYLE accounts, such as during power outages, internships, or when some users prefer to work with pen and paper. In these cases, completed forms are scanned and attached to patient files instead of creating a medical note. However, some clinics do not have such forms or would prefer official downtime forms to reduce the risk of missing important sections or miscommunication, particularly when the individuals completing the forms are not the ones attaching them to patient files or transcribing the information into a medical note.
